Privacy
The short version
This site is run by Carver Sync, the studio that makes Primal Siege. Questions about it go to [email protected].
We collect what you give us to pre-register: your email address and, if you pick one, the phone you play on. We also note how you found us. We use it to confirm your spot and to tell you about the launch. We don't sell it, the site sets no cookies, and there are no advertising trackers on it.
What we collect when you pre-register
- Your email address.
- Which phone you play on (iPhone or Android), if you choose one.
- How you found us: the link or site that first brought you here and the one that brought you back (for example a creator's link, an ad or a search), the pages you looked at during that visit and how many visits it took. Your browser keeps this in its own storage, which is not a cookie, and sends it to us only when you pre-register.
- A scrambled version of your IP address (a keyed hash) and your browser type, used only to stop abuse such as automated signups. We never store your actual IP address.
- The exact wording you agreed to beside the button, and when.
What we don't do
- No cookies and no advertising pixels on this site.
- We never sell, rent or trade your email address.
- We don't email you anything except the confirmation and news about the launch and tournaments.
Who helps us run it
Railway hosts the site and its database. Resend delivers our emails, and Mailgun receives the ones you send to our @primalsiege.com addresses. Cloudflare runs our domain and the network in front of the site. Each processes your information only to provide that service to us.
Your choices
Every email we send has a one-tap unsubscribe link, and using it stops all email from us immediately. To have your record deleted entirely, email [email protected] from the address you signed up with.
Children
Pre-registration is for people 13 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has signed up, email [email protected] and we will delete it.
Keeping it safe
Confirmation links work once and are stored only in scrambled form. Every change to the list is written to a tamper-evident log.
Changes
If what we collect changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top before it happens.
